Chloé SS25: A Vintage and Modern Romance
Chemena Kamali blended the maison’s signature femininity with playful retro touches, creating a breezy, joyful wardrobe for the Chloé woman.

For her second collection at the helm of Chloé, creative director Chemena Kamali strengthen the maison’s codes while taking her own angle on them.
Already, the Chloé woman’s signature is recognizable: feminine and free, she has a certain romance, a light touch. Her wardrobe is a specter, made from sheer fabrics, lace and frills. She wears dresses that are short in the front and billowing in the back; or high-waisted flares with immaculate, ’70s-style tailoring. She sports wedge heels or flats and carries bags shaped like shells.
The twist in the Spring-Summer 2025 collection is the vintage references, including transparent bloomers, a ruffled lacy playsuit and an archival floral print. It gave viewers the feeling that Kamali had been thrifting at a vintage store in Palm Beach and had found something truly joyous. Judging by the rapturous reception to the collection at the finale, the mood is contagious.
