From jewel-toned tights to maximalist prints, Julien Dossena’s latest collection embraced playful layering and unapologetic excess.

Colored Tights
The Rabanne Fall-Winter 2026 show brought a sense of play back into accessorizing. Jewel-toned tights accompanied many of the mixed-pattern looks, peeking out from under skirts and dresses. Purple, bright red and pale blue stockings added unexpected pops of color – a bold touch to already busy outfits.
Maximalist Prints
Minimalism was nowhere to be found. Instead, the collection embraced joyful excess: floral prints clashed with plaid, sequins shimmered across vest-dresses and embellished pieces caught the bright lights as models moved down the runway.
The mood felt like a collision of decades: an extension of the previous collection’s 1950s femininity, but with 1980s exuberance. Oversized blazers, bedazzled embellishments, pops of fur and richly patterned fabrics created a wardrobe that felt eclectic but entirely wearable.
Layers On Layers
Turtleneck sweaters appeared beneath crisp button-down shirts, with cardigans and knits stacked over top. The effect was indulgent, a carefully constructed clash of textures and patterns.
Elsewhere, silk slips and shifts peeked out from under structured collared shirts, softening the more tailored looks. For the Rabanne woman, nothing is too much. Before leaving the house, she makes sure to add one more item to her outfit.
