Saint Laurent SS25: A Bold Tribute to Yves
Anthony Vaccarello blended masculine silhouettes and feminine elegance in a powerful homage to the house’s iconic founder.

“I am the Saint Laurent Woman,” Yves Saint Laurent once famously declared, and his words never rang more true than in Anthony Vaccarello’s latest collection. For Spring-Summer 2025, Vaccarello paid homage to the maison’s founder, as models wore oversized suits and eyewear reminiscent of Saint Laurent’s own personal style.
Building on the broad-shouldered silhouette Vaccarello presented last season, the show began with loosely tailored single- and double-breasted jackets, trench coats and trousers, an androgynous look which he repeated look after look. It was an impactful way to convey his distilled vision of power dressing – only for him to change course in the second half of the show.
From formal workwear, the clothing diverted to colorful nightwear – vibrant brocade jackets over lace blouses and tiered silk skirts styled with heels and statement jewelry. It was Yves Saint Laurent and his women, all at once.
